Payment & Policies

-Payment/Deposits: We only accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover ($10 minimum required). No personal checks. 


-Gratuity: We appreciate your generosity. Gratuity is cash only. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill on all salon services for groups of four (4) or more.


-Check-in: We suggest you plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to look for parking and selecting your nail color of choice.


-Late Arrivals: In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask you arrive on time for your appointment. Should you be running late, we will hold your appointment for 10 minutes provided we hear from you. If you are more than 10 minutes late and choose to proceed with the service, the service will be adapted to the time left and the full amount plus late fee will be charged. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and need to be reschedule.


-Cancellations Policy: Your appointments are very IMPORTANT to our team members at Lee Spa Nails; it is RESERVED especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice.


-No-Shows: In the case of missing appointment, after two (2) "No Show" we will require a credit card to book future appointments.


-Rescheduling: If you have any Flu like symptoms (fever, chill, sneezing, coughing, loss of taste, loss of smell, diarrhea, etc...) or been exposed to Covid-19, we kindly ask that you reschedule for the safety of our staffs and clienteles.  


-Scheduling: We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Lee Spa Nails to ensure the best appointment time that works best for your schedule.


-Right To Refuse Service: Our salon staff has the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived unappropriated, intoxicated, and disruptive to our salon atmosphere.


-Service Satisfaction: We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon. We will not offer any refunds, discounts or credits. All sale/service(s) are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately during or after the performed service. We will try our best to meet your expectation. We stand behind our work, complimentary fix on the following; No Chip (Gel Polish) Pedicure, No Chip (Gel Polish) Manicure, Dip Powder, Ombre Dip Powder, Artificial Ombre and Artificial with No chip (Gel Polish) within ten (10) days from the date of service. We DO NOT guarantee regular polish repairs.   


-Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.


-Child Policy: As a courtesy to all guests and for the safety of your children; children under 8 years old not receiving services must be supervised by an adult and remained in the lobby. No running, no jumping, no skipping, etc. Please understand on our behalf, that there are many chemicals and sharp objects that can harm your child when left unattended. Parents or Guardians are liable for any damages caused by your children in the salon.


-No Pets: No pets are allowed. No animal, no bird, no fowl, no fish, no reptile, no animal or pets of any kind shall be on or about the premises. Trained service or guide animals are welcome. Service animals specifically trained to aid disabled person are allowed to enter. We DO NOT allow emotional support or companion animals in this establishment. Emotional support and companion animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and do not have the same public access rights.


-For Your Protection: Management will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premises. We are NOT responsible for any personal belongings left behind.


-Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our guests. It is our policy that we will not sell, rent, or loan any client information to third parties for email, direct marketing or other purposes. Collected client information is used for the establishing client profile and service records only.
